App design

User experience

,

The design process began with a brainstorming session to identify the app's needs. It was necessary to analyze whether new features were needed and what needed to be built from scratch. Following this came a design sprint to develop the first phase of the project. The first phase was to give the app a fresh look, in addition to fixing glitches in the experience of using it.

Accessibility was improved by activating image tags and identifying patterns so that the user had a better overview of where he was in the app.

A Good Overview of Information

Various information had to be displayed so that the user could make the best decision when it came to payment, splitting bills or paying for home delivery. The in-app search was also improved to make it easier for users to see which businesses support Pei's payment options.

Experiments on Features

Various experiments were made to refine certain features within the app. Among other things, these experiments include haptic feedback from the user's phone as he sets the time with a spinning wheel.
